In this blog series, I will guide you through a 30-day program to build pure, real strength.
You don't need fancy equipment.
You only need time, discipline, and a beast mindset.


DAY 1: Inspired by Hajime no Ippo πŸ₯Š

Today, we take inspiration from Hajime no Ippo, one of the most hardworking and disciplined anime characters.
If you’ve watched this anime, you know — Ippo is an ordinary human who trains like a beast and has the heart of a warrior.

Ippo started boxing to protect himself from bullies. He teaches us:

Hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard.

Let's jump into Ippo-style training!


Workout Plan

Morning Routine (5:15 AM)

  • Stretch your lower and upper body (5–10 minutes).

  • Jog for 15 minutes at a moderate pace.

  • Sprint 200 meters and repeat until failure.

πŸ‘‰ Tip: Ippo always trained early. That's why you wake up by 4:45 AM.


Evening Routine

  • 100 Squats (for leg power)                                                            

  • 100 Sit-ups (for core strength)

  • 100 Push-ups (for full-body endurance)

  • 100 Pull-ups (to build monster back muscles like Ippo)

  • Neck Muscle Training (to resist punches)

  • Forearm Strength Training

    Use a stick + rope + brick setup. Rotate the stick to lift and lower the brick — this will burn your forearms like hell and build monster grip strength!


Recovery Plan

  • Protein Intake: Eat at least 1g protein per kg of your body weight.

  • Hydration: Drink plenty of water.

  • Veggies: Eat green vegetables and fibrous foods.

  • Sleep: Get 7–8 hours of quality sleep for recovery.
